What you need to know

Can i change my plan at any time?

Yes & No. You can change plans at anytime by cancelling your subscription and taking out a new plan. However, we currently do not possess the means to instantaneously switch you over.

 

I.e. To make the most of a plan switch it is best advised to wait until the end of you cancelled weekly subscription before taking out a new Monthly plan. This can be done using the same login details.

WHat is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at anytime. Whenever you cancel you will still possess the remainder of your subscription period. I.e If you take out a Weekly Plan on a Monday and cancel it on Friday, you will still have access to the following Monday.

How can i pay?

PayPal. Currently we use PayPal to handle and process our payments and subscriptions. Any payment questions you are not sure about please get in touch and we would be happy to help

How can i get in touch?

We have several means of contact. On this site itself we have a contact form which can be found by clicking the 'Get In Touch' button in the top right corner. Alternatively, we have social media accounts on both twitter and Facebook where you can message us directly. Furthermore you can reach us on our admin email address - thatstat@outlook.com

Where can i see a sample?

Before you chose to take out a subscription with us we would advise you to first have a look at the sample databases similar to what you will be downloading either weekly or monthly.

These can be found by visiting the Archive Samples section on the navigation bar.

I can't sign in

Firstly we would suggest setting a memorable password when creating your account with us.

If you can't remember your login details you can also email us or get in touch via our contact form by clicking on the Get In Touch button in the top right of this page and we will try and assist you the best we can.

How can I report a bug?

There are several means by which you can submit a bug report.

If you could give us a clear instruction of what you are trying to do and what you suspect is not the correct behaviour. The more information the quicker we can get your issue resolved.

I'm subscribed but I can't download

If you are having issues downloading our form here is a checklist we would advise running through to help you in the process

  1. Check you are logged in

  2. Check your subscription details to ensure you are still under subscription

  3. Try an alternative browser

  4. Hard refresh on the database download page by holding down 'Ctrl' and tapping 'F5' on your keyboard and try downloading again
